Bienvenue chez la maison mathieu
My name is Andrée Repta (née Mathieu) and I’m the creator behind la maison mathieu. I started this website and blog out of a need to carve out a space that was entirely mine — one that could withstand the ebbs and flows of the occasionally chaotic social media world.
Don’t get me wrong, Instagram is still my no. 1 (please feel free to visit me there also) as I do often create and post content there. But on the la maison mathieu website and blog, I delve deeper into my creative and design journey - both as an eager DIY-er and as an aspiring ceramic artist - and share more than just the highlight reels. My goal is to fill these pages with helpful information, inspired ideas, and the occasional unique piece of earthenware pottery.
As I simultaneously explore the world of ceramic arts and work turn my house into a home, it is here that i’m most hoping to build a community.
